NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP)
The Riviera Beach Housing Authority has undergone numerous changes since its inception in 1968. The RBHA currently does not administer a Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) or Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program.
The RBHA currently administers a Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) where we are successfully rehabilitating several homes in the community for re-occupancy.
The NSP program was established for the purpose of stabilizing communities that have suffered from foreclosure and abandonment. Through the purchase and redevelopmenet of foreclosed and abandoned homes and residential properties, the goal of NSP is being realized in the Riviera Beach community.
The NSP program is a U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development program administered by the Palm Beach County Department of Economic Sustainability.
